The good folks at Atlassian develop a Git GUI client called SourceTree. This now is available for Windows - what is interested is that I know many Windows users struggle with getting git going - and this may be just the trick to quickly get things going there. Now that you can access git repos (cloudbees, github, bitbucket) via https - you can skip the ssh setup which is also a challenge for Windows users, at times.
Download the client - and go.
